Great value, location, and accommodations. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Fast WiFi. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Close to the airport. Less than 2000¥ to get to airport via taxi. Walkable to JR line. Available free parking. Check-in staff was also super friendly. He helped us reserve a taxi to the airport for the next morning.

The room was clean. A bus stop was just in front of the hotel, which connected the hotel with New Chitose Airport and Chitose Train Station. It’s only 10-20 minutes away from CTS by bus, which is convenient. The Chitose train station was actually within walking distance. There were also some convenient stores. The receptionist was also nice.

Location excellent for getting about chitose, cafes, supermarkets, to Sapporo or the local airport. 1011 large room! 3/4 size fridge/freezer plus microwave in room. Most comfortable bed I slept on in Japan in my 3 months there!

Very good and spacious for the price. The location is good as the bus stop to all the places are right outside the entrance.

The room actually quite spacious. Like a complete set up for an apartment. Have microwave and refrigerator as well. Stay here before flight home. Very convenient with bus direct to airport, just in front of the hotel. Check-out also easy, just self check out by a machine.

The staff are proactive and active to help me. If they didn’t know the answers to my queries, they tried hard to get them resolved. This is the spirit. One girl at reception spoke English very well with high confidence which impressed me so much.

It was nice to stay in this hotel. The location is very good, can go easily from the airport by bus. We could find bus to go airport just from the bus stoppage in front of the hotel. Also there are lot of restaurants nearby.

free parking right behind the hotel building, clean compact room with a washing machine, very short walking distance to rows of beautiful blossoming cherry trees alongside chitose river, helpful staff with perfect english. they delivered exactly as advertised, i have no complaints

The staff were very helpful through email messaging. They provided us with public bus details to the hotel from the airport in English and Japanese so I could show it to our bus driver. Thank you so much!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is great, the lot is quite big and easy to manuever and the staff provide a paper to put in the windshield at no cost. It's also very close to the airport.
